Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at hello@tryserenova.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items, such as gift cards and clearance items, may be non-returnable. This will be indicated on the product page.


Subscription Terms

How Subscriptions Work When you subscribe to Serenova, you'll receive automatic shipments at your chosen interval (30, 60, or 90 days). Your payment method will be charged when each order processes and ships.

Subscription Pricing Subscribers save 10% off the regular price on all orders. This discount applies automatically to single jars and bundle purchases.

Managing Your Subscription You can manage your subscription anytime through your account portal:

  • Change delivery frequency (30, 60, or 90 days)
  • Skip upcoming shipments
  • Update payment method or shipping address
  • Modify your bundle selection

Cancellation Policy You can cancel your subscription anytime with no minimum purchase requirements or commitments. To cancel:

  • Log into your account and cancel through the subscription portal, or
  • Email us at hello@tryserenova.com with your order number

Cancellations take effect immediately and will prevent all future automatic shipments.

Subscription Order Refunds Each subscription shipment follows our standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee listed above. If you're unsatisfied with any subscription delivery, contact us within 30 days of receiving that shipment.
